Research on machining error transmission mechanism and compensation method for near-net-shaped jet engine blades CNC machining process

چکیده

This study proposes an adaptive CNC machining process based on on-machine measurement to control the error of near-net-shaped blades. The multi-source and multi-process transmission model a blade is established, reduction effect chain by qualitatively analyzed flow model. effects positioning benchmark error, position contouring are explored through experiment. In particular, ability cooperatively discussed in relation stiffness blade-fixture system. results show that can reasonably reduce errors caused benchmark. final deviation band body reduced 60% process. optimize tenon root under enough premise has excellent improve quality blade.
